As a Field Technician, you'll assist project managers with daily construction activities, site cleanup, and minor repairs. You'll be responsible for helping to maintain job site organization, supporting scheduling needs, and addressing punch list items. This is a great fit for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn in the field.

Responsibilities

• Support construction managers with day-to-day tasks on active job sites
• Perform basic repairs, site cleanup, caulking, painting, and patching
• Assist with punch list items and final walk-through prep
• Help coordinate vendor and subcontractor schedules
• Deliver materials and manage minor inventory tasks
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• Interest in residential construction and learning on the job
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Basic repair or handyman skills are a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet outdoors
• Must be punctual and available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must live within a 30 to 45-minute commute of the El Paso area
